Tooling Tech Group Appoints Matt Phillips as Director of Sales for Automation Division

Tooling Tech Group (TTG), a leading provider of highly engineered tools and automated assembly equipment to a wide range of industries, announced the appointment of Matt Phillips as its director of sales for its automation division. In this position, Phillips is responsible for revenue growth and customer diversification inclusive of supporting business development managers in customer development. Additionally, he oversees automation concepts and proposals.

With a 12-year tenure at Alpha Integration, Phillips had served as president for the past six years, increasing the company’s revenue by over fivefold during this time. He also was responsible for the successful acquisition of the company by Tooling Tech Group in 2019. Phillips has experience as an assembly manager as well as electrical/mechanical technician, providing him an excellent background in shop floor operations in addition to the sales and fiscal side of the business.
