The TTG executive team is comprised of proven leaders with diverse skill sets, capable of strategically and competently ensuring the company meets its ongoing growth targets.

What each of them has in common is a passion for business development and for opening new opportunities for companies while never forgetting that the customer requirements are number one. This team will ensure that Tooling Tech Group continues in its commitment of being on time, every time.

Lee Childers

Chief Executive Officer

Lee Childers joined TTG as COO in early 2018, bringing 33 years’ experience in developing business plans, growth strategies and leading operations for Tier-1 global suppliers including United Technologies, Lear Corporation, IAC Group and, most recently, as COO of Crowne Group.  Childers brings a history of metric driven operational excellence with a proven record of on-time delivery and customer focus to provide best in class products and services to TTG’s broad customer base. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with degrees in both chemistry and business administration. He is also a member of the Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board for Lawrence Technological University.

Todd Wodzinski

Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Todd Wodzinski is responsible for leading the sales and marketing activities for the company including sales team management, market planning and business development. With over 15 years’ experience in in these roles, he most recently was global vice president of sales, business development and marketing for Hanwha Azdel, a manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic composites. He has also served in leadership positions at Dow Chemical, PVS Chemicals and ADCO Products. Before entering the private sector, Wodzinski was a nuclear sub operations officer in the U.S. Navy. He has an MBA from Michigan State University, a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jeff Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Johnson, with 20 years of top-level finance position experience within the automotive and manufacturing sectors, joined the TTG executive team as Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He is responsible for all areas of the company’s financial activity such as accounting and control, financial reporting, planning and forecasting, treasury, credit, collections and taxes. Prior to joining TTG, he was CFO at Universal Fiber Systems (Bristol, Tenn.), overseeing all aspects of financial performance. His experience includes risk management, supply chain activity, and investor and board relations. He is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from the University of Michigan.
