PDSP74-2: Cone Locator Molds

Ensure precise trim alignment with Segen cartridge sets.
Ensure maximum precision and accuracy every time with Segen’s cone locator cartridges. Designed to accurately locate thermoformed sheet for secondary operations; such as trimming, heat-sealing and die cutting. Cone locator cartridges locate the sheet in advance of the tooling by capturing conical impressions formed in the sheet. This improves part quality and reduces scrap.

Standard features and benefits include:

• Hardened steel spring pins are housed in bronze bushing cartridges for easy installation
• A simple slide adjustment for height and they lock securely into position
• The male cartridge’s stronger spring provides positive directional placement of the captured sheet.
