G.H. Tool & Mold Achieves Boeing Gold Supplier Performance for Eighth Time

G.H. Tool & Mold Achieves Boeing Gold Supplier Performance for Eighth Time

July 16, 2019 – G.H. Tool & Mold, a Tooling Tech Group company and a supplier of die cast dies and aerospace tooling, announced that it has earned recognition as a Boeing Performance Excellence Award recipient for 2018. To achieve this honor, G.H. Tool maintained a gold composite performance rating for each month of the performance period from October 2017 to September 2018. The company has been supplying assembly and support tooling to Boeing for 11 years, receiving the Performance Excellence Award in either the gold or silver category for eight of the last nine years.

Boeing evaluates all its suppliers based upon key elements such as Quality, Delivery, Cost Competitiveness and Service. To achieve gold status, companies must meet delivery and quality targets 100 percent of the time. This year Boeing awarded 380 suppliers with the Boeing Performance Excellence Award, of which only 82 achieved gold status.

“We’re extremely proud of our entire team and their dedication to producing and delivering work of the utmost quality,” said Dave Graves, G.H. Tool & Mold president. “We appreciate the work we get from Boeing and we’re truly honored for being recognized as one of their most valued suppliers.”
