Tooling Tech Group Releases Video on Quick Change Tooling System

October 31, 2018 – The Tooling Tech Group (TTG) has announced the release of animated explainer video focused on its Segen Quick Change System. The video highlights how the Segen cylinder locks and knobs replace traditional nuts and bolts in industrial setups, workholding, clamping, fixturing and alignment applications, helping users save significant time and money by reducing setup and changeover times.

The inner workings of the Segen cylinder locks are shown, containing stainless steel balls that are unlocked and locked into position by the application of compressed air. It also highlights the variety of applications where the system can be applied such as thermoforming and injection mold tooling, robotic fixturing and end of arm tooling, CNC machining and ultrasonic welding fixtures, and more.

The video serves as an easy-to-understand communication tool that quickly conveys the Segen Quick Change System ease of use as well as its breadth of application.
