Majestic Industries Announces Production Stamping Capability

May 1, 2019 – Majestic Industries, a Tooling Tech Group company and specialist in the design and build of progressive stamping dies, has announced it ability to run production stampings for emergency offload, as well as short-term and long-term requirements for dies from 48-in. up to 280-in.

Majestic has seven stamping presses ranging from 500 tons to 2,750 tons, with the larger presses equipped with drop-through bolsters that accommodate 72-in. wide coil stock and thicknesses up to 5mm. All the presses feature tonnage monitors and sensors for pre-sample production runs. The equipment can process a wide range of materials including CR steel, HR steel, galvanized, stainless, aluminum and advanced high strength steels (AHSS).

Majestic is IATF 16949 certified, enabling the company to ship stampings to any plant.
