Tooling Tech Group Announces Single Source Pierce Die and Press Capability

Tooling Tech Group (TTG), a leading provider of highly engineered tools and automated assembly equipment to a wide range of industries, has announced its ability to act as a turnkey resource for pierce die and hydraulic press needs across a variety of industries including automotive, construction equipment, delivery vehicles, farm equipment, household appliances, HVAC, and recreational vehicles

“Whatever hole making approach a company is currently using — be it punching, drilling or routing, TTG’s automated solutions for piercing provide a cost competitive alternative with better utilization of raw material as compared to other stamping methods,” said Todd Wodzinski, TTG’s chief commercial officer. “Additionally, automating this process can help address the current shortage of skilled workers.”

The company’s solutions include tooling for piercing holes in sheet metal, composites, plastics, fiber materials, and rubber, as well as providing your hydraulic press solution for a complete turnkey solution.  Hydraulic press sizes from 50 – 200 tons are available in four-post styles.

Interested companies simply need to provide part dimensions to TTG, which then designs and builds the die and the hydraulic press to fit each application.
