Tooling Tech Group’s Majestic Industries Receives IATF Certification

October 4, 2018 – Tooling Tech Group has announced that its Majestic Industries division has successfully passed the audit to attain the Automotive Quality Management System IATF 16949 certification for its production of metal stampings and stamping dies. Companies that receive this award have demonstrated the ability to establish and maintain processes and procedures that consistently result in the highest quality products.

An international standard, IATF 16949:2016 defines the requirements of a Quality Management System for organizations in the automotive industry. It is seen as the foundation for any company to create a system that ensures customer satisfaction and improvement. IATF members include companies such as General Motors, Ford, FCA, Volkswagen, Daimler AF, BMW as well as numerous vehicle manufacturer trade groups.

“Customer satisfaction has always been our core objective,” said Brad Miller, Majestic General Manager “Attaining this certification recognizes this commitment to always delivering the highest quality dies and stampings with the best delivery times, putting us on par with larger suppliers.”

“We are extremely proud of the Majestic team for their achievement in this certification,” said Lee Childers, Tooling Tech Group CEO. “They are an excellent representation of the entire group’s dedication to maintaining the highest quality systems to ensure that we continually meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.”

Majestic Industries, a provider of progressive dies and production stampings, has been providing services to the automotive industry since 1980. It was acquired by the Tooling Tech Group in 2015.
